All IT assets are accessible only through domain-based access and are supported by centralized antivirus protection.

How do you transfer or share data?
We are flexible in using any online tools or utilities preferred by our clients for data transfer. However, we recommend utilizing established and secure platforms for data sharing. Some of our preferred options include:
– File Transfer Protocol (FTP)

How do you maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records?
We implement a comprehensive review process to guarantee service accuracy. This includes a maker-checker system, ensuring that all services undergo thorough evaluation before final delivery.
Is there a backup support system in place to ensure project quality and completion?
Absolutely! We allocate a backup resource to provide redundancy and maintain timely project delivery in case the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) is unavailable due to unexpected situations. Both the SPOC and the backup resource are assigned at the project’s outset.
How can I monitor the progress of my projects?
To keep our team and clients aligned, we have implemented a system of Weekly Status Updates. Each Friday, we send these updates via email to clients, which include:
(a) a list of completed activities,
(b) a list of ongoing tasks, and
(c) any additional information or support needed from the client to finish the assigned work.
In addition, the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) conducts periodic meetings based on project needs, which may vary depending on the specific requirements of each assignment.
What timeline do you typically adhere to for delivering monthly data?
We generally provide our clients with monthly financial reports on or before the 7th business day of the following month. This timeline is contingent upon the prompt availability of required information from the client, as outlined in a pre-agreed schedule.
What client support is required during the onboarding process?
During the onboarding phase, we kindly ask clients to provide the following information:
► To gain a better understanding of the client’s business structure, we typically require incorporation documents and/or the previous year’s tax returns.
► For accounting and bookkeeping services, we need standard documentation, including bank and credit card statements, bills, invoices, and receipts for the review period.
► Access to the necessary software and tools to facilitate the project is essential.
► Any standard operating procedures (SOPs) or training related to specific processes should be shared, if applicable.
► Additionally, any agreements that outline the scope of work and proposed terms should be provided, if necessary.
