He has a proven track record of serving clients across diverse sectors, including e-commerce, startups, non-profits, and etc.
His portfolio includes extensive assignments in international Accounting, Taxation Audit, for various industries. He has successfully supported clients with financial reporting needs and specializes in assisting legal firms, attorneys, property management companies, vacation rentals, wholesale and retail businesses, IT and SaaS ventures, and e-Commerce enterprise in the US and Canada.
Additionally, he caters to clients with his expertise in US Accounting, Taxation, Business Formation and Compliance, he excels at addressing complex tax matters. He also provides personlaized assistance to non-US taxpayers in obtaining ITINs and supports businesses in acquiring EINs, helping them establish operations in the USA seamlessly. He is a seasoned tax and compliance expert with over a decade of experience in the industry. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance and currently pursuing his US Enrolled Agent certification, he brings extensive expertise in business restructuring, P&L management, and regulatory compliances.
At SMG, he specializes in assisting clients with cross-border setups and expansions, business structuring, tax compliance, secretarial and trademark services across the US, UK, Canada, and India. He also supports overseas businesses in meeting ongoing compliances requirements and helps non-US citizens manage their international tax obligations.
He serves a diverse client base, including e-commerce ventures, startups, non-profits, and logistics firms. His experience spans assignments in international accounting, taxation and management support services for various industries. He has successfully worked with clients from sectors such as real estate and construction, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and e-commerce in the UK, Canada and USA.
With a strong focus on US accounting taxation, business formation, and compliance, he is adept at navigating complex tax matters. He also assists non-US taxpayers in obtaining ITINs and supports businesses in securing EINs, guiding them through the process of establishing operations in the USA. He is an US Tax expert, with over a decade of experience in Accounting and Finance. He possesses a deep understanding of GAAP and Accounting Standards, along with comprehensive knowledge in both direct and indirect Taxation.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance and currently working towards his CPA, his commitment to excellence shines through in every project he undertakes. Specializing in US Accounting, Taxation, Business Formation and Compliances, he is highly skilled at nagivating complexities of tax-related matters.
He is an IRS-certified “certifying Acceptance Agent” and assisting non-US taxpayers in obtaining the ITINs and EINs for businesses, guiding them through the process of establishing operations in the USA.
